Shelley is in charge of all things financial. She ensures compliance with Federal and Provincial trust account regulations. With her exceptional business relationship with key banking officials, Shelley maintains smooth operation of the movement of funds through the often complicated procedures of dealing in multiple currencies, and time zones. She carefully monitors collections of debts, judgments and settlements as well as their timely remittance to clients.

Bookkeeper

Elizabeth obtained her Bachelor Degree in Accountancy at the Polytechnic University in the Philippines in 2001. She practiced accountancy for a number of years. Once settled in Montreal, she enriched her education at the Shadd Business Center for an additional certificate in accounting. She was honored by the Montreal School Board for her exceptional efforts and dedication to her studies.

Fluent in five languages, possessing a sharp mind and tremendous attention to detail, Regina brings a strong drive and experience to everything she does. She ensures that all of the paralegal tasks at the firm are done right the first time. She is the liaison for day-to-day work with major clients making sure that they are well and truly satisfied with the handling of their routine files.

With over 23 years of experience at Charness, Charness & Charness, Randy is tasked with keeping our offices running smoothly at all times. As a certified Microsoft professional, Randy is our technical and web development expert.

Ani Kolarova

Administrative Assistant

Ani obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences in Bulgaria’s Paisiy Hilendarski University of Plovdiv. Ani also has experience working in accounting and office administration. Ani has worked in several different fields and industries. With her attention to details, accounting background, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, she is a great fit to our accounting department and the Charness Team.


Maya Thornhill

Receptionist

Maya has a diploma in Interior Design & Visual Arts. She has a background as a pharmacy technician as well as a high-end hardware consultant. She is extremely passionate about fashion & interior design. With a strong attention to detail as well as spending time researching organization hacks, receptionist seems like a great notch to add under her belt. She is elated to be apart of a great team & despite not having a reception background, that is not indicative of her capabilities & looks forward to excelling in a new field.
